Terms & Conditions

1) Placement / Purchase of Order:

Purchase order should be placed upon us along with the advance payment as mentioned in the terms of payment. Purchase order shall be considered effective from the date of receipt of advance payment along with commercial terms acceptable to us.
No binding contract shall be deemed to have been effected by the acceptance on the part of the Purchaser of a quotation or offer made by us until such contracts have been confirmed in writing through order – Acceptance by us. Orders once placed with us cannot be cancelled by purchaser on any account what so ever.

2) Validity of the Offer:

3) Payment Terms

10% advance of basic along with the confirmed PO and balance 90% upon delivery

4) Delivery Period

Within Mutual agreed schedule from the date of order confirmation as per PO T&C.

5) Freight Charges:

The Quoted price are Ex our Factory, loading at our premise. Unloading at your site is in your scope.

6) Insurance:

Transit insurance shall be in Your scope.

7) Claim for Damage, Shortage or Loss:

Notice for damage in transit or loss of goods shall be notified in writing to us within 1 days of receipt of goods and consignee must keep the goods with original packing intact for insurance survey by our insurers. We will not be responsible or liable for any loss arising out of delayed notice of breakage, loss or damage or defects due to nonobservanceof any instruction by purchaser.

8) Warranty:

The Equipment is warranted against any primary manufacturing defect for 12 months from supplydate.

9) Non-Lifting of Material:

Non-Lifting of material by purchaser, then purchaser will pay @24% interest charges for the storage period along with storage charges when delivery is needed.

10) Jurisdiction:

All the disputes arising out of and touching or relating to subject matter of agreement/contract shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts of Coimbatore.
